Laser Science in a Sentence
The science of how our machines work cannot simply be summarised into one brochure, but here are brief and useful summaries of how the laser achieves all that it does.
Tattoo Removal / Pigmentation Removal
Removal of tattoos depends on the principle of selective photothermolysis. When the proper wavelength is applied, the ink absorbs the energy preferentially, causing it to break down while the surrounding tissue remains largely unaffected.
Super Fast Hair Removal
A concentrated beam of 3x wavelengths 810nm, 755nm and 1064nm of laser light is aimed at hair or lesion. The light is absorbed by the pigment contained, which, in the case of hair removal, damages the follicle enough to stop future growth. As new hair growth cycles start, additional treatments are required to remove those hairs too, and eventually hairlessness will be achieved.
Unbeatable 10Hz super-fast speed means significantly shorter treatment time with no burning to skin. Crystal Freeze technology within the Laser Diode handle numbs the area using sub zero temperature to limit pain with every shot.
